Introducing Miss Maggie Rabbit

School holidays are coming to an end and we have had plenty of time to unwind, time with friends and occasional outings too.  Yesterday we went to Despicable Me 2, such a fun movie, we all love the minions.  I have spend my down times happily stitching away on Miss Maggie and she is now finished, complete with a liberty dress, old fashioned boots and a knitted capelet.  I made one change to the pattern and that was to make her a pompom tail.  The link is here if you are interested in the pattern.  Miss Maggie whispered in my ear that she would rather not be where the cats can reach her so for now she is looking after my blue china, Wendy xx

    miss maggie looks fantastic, I love her little boots!
    glad she is safe looking after the china.
    I saw the 'minions' on a preview and I couldn't stop giggling, they were so cute.

    Hi Wendy - Miss Maggie is adorable. I actually have that pattern but have not made her yet & when I saw your sneaky peek last post I did wonder if that was Miss Maggie??!!     Miss Maggie is gorgeous!! But my favourite thing about Miss Maggie is her too cool old fashioned boots!!!! Love them! School holidays have come to a finish way too quick!

    Maggie is so gorgeous. I'm sure your cat is not thinking hunting, merely wispering sweet nothings in Miss Maggie's boots! Isn't felt the nicest to sew with at times like this... I made a cute Winnie The Pooh once from felt - no turning inside out to do, great!!
